How To Become A Member
To become a member of the Amethyst Armistice Collective you . . .
 Must be a
resident of the state of California with ID and a doctor’s
recommendation or a state-issued DHS card.

Must be
18 years of age or older.
Click Here To be verified online and registered as a member of
Amethyst Armistice Collective. Once you are a registered member, you can
make an appointment for delivery.
OR
the following:
1. A copy of your doctor’s recommendation and California ID or your DHS
card.
2. A signed copy of the
membership application and agreement.
Print the PDF file, read, sign and initial it. Scan and attach
the form to an email along
with a copy of your doctor’s recommendation
and California ID or your DHS card.
Call us! We will assist you with your registration and tell you if you
have
been accepted into the collective. No blocked calls will be accepted.
For the protection of our members, Amethyst Armistice and
Six2midnight support the California Department of
Health ID Card
Program.
